The purpose of the Edward Jones Diversity initiative was to increase qualified financial advisor candidates from the African American and Hispanic communities. This was accomplished with a 6-month running blog that featured weekly posts from current EJ advisors in the Dallas area. Some posts were copy only, others were videos we shot of the featured advisors. A series of banner ads also drove traffic to the blog.
